§01 / OVERVIEW
Rheono is a SaaS platform that automates the back-office of European e-commerce: order routing, supplier catalog normalization, multi-channel inventory sync, and EN 16931 / ZUGFeRD e-invoicing for the German B2B mandate.
§02 / PROBLEM
Mid-sized EU retailers run on a patchwork of ERPs, marketplaces, and supplier spreadsheets. The work between them — reformatting CSVs, matching SKUs, copying prices — is manual, error-prone, and scales linearly with the business.
§03 / APPROACH
Designed and built a deterministic ingestion pipeline that normalizes arbitrary supplier formats into a canonical product model, then routes orders and inventory updates across connected channels. The Shopware CSV Import feature was built for SØR's supplier-catalog workflow (see the SØR case study).
§04 / OUTCOME
Eliminated roughly 80% of manual ops for early users. Supports EN 16931 / ZUGFeRD / XRechnung for the German B2B e-invoicing mandate. Live at rheono.dev.
