SØR is a premium German fashion retailer operating since 1956 (designermode for men and women, brands like 7 For All Mankind, Polo Ralph Lauren, Windsor, MaxMara). This case study is Rheono in production: the engagement that drove the Shopware CSV Import feature.
§02 / PROBLEM
SØR's supplier catalog intake was a manual weekly process: reformatting van Laack, Cambio, Herzens, and Baldessarini Excel files into a Shopware-compatible CSV, with the supplier, gender, and season detected by hand.
§03 / APPROACH
Built the Shopware CSV Import inside Rheono: detect the supplier from filename patterns (VL26… / CA26… / HA26… / BAD26…), infer gender and season automatically, and emit a Shopware-ready CSV. New suppliers with similar format are added without code changes.
§04 / OUTCOME
Supplier catalog onboarding reduced from hours to minutes per supplier. The feature is now a general-purpose capability of Rheono for any Shopware-based retailer with similar supplier formats.
